Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your SocialReel account and all associated data at any time. This includes any data we obtained through accounts you connected — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok — such as access tokens, your connected page/profile identifiers, and post performance metrics.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Sign in at www.socialreel.ai.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Select Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel by signing back in). On deletion we revoke and erase all connected Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok tokens and remove your content and personal data from our systems.

Option 2 — Disconnect a single platform

To remove only the data tied to one connected platform, go to Settings → Connections and choose Disconnect next to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. We immediately revoke and delete that platform’s access token and identifiers; your SocialReel account remains active.

You can also revoke SocialReel’s access directly from the platform: Facebook/Instagram via Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites, and TikTok via Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.

Option 3 — Request by email

Email privacy@socialreel.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Facebook/Instagram/TikTok access & refresh tokens and connected account IDs.
• Posts, captions, media, schedules, and analytics we stored for you.
• Your profile, brand settings, and billing identifiers (subject to legal retention).

Note: content already published to your own Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok profile lives on those platforms — delete it there if you also want it removed from those services.
